Certified co-processed fuel components
The sustainable share arrives inside a fuel your terminal already handles.
Diesel-, kerosene- and gasoline-range components produced by co-processing a waste-derived feedstock alongside fossil feed, certified under an EU-recognised voluntary scheme, and supplied as separate streams for you to blend into your own pool.
What it is
A component, not a finished blend. Certified, not just claimed.
Co-processing introduces a certified biogenic feedstock into a conventional refinery unit together with the fossil stream. What comes out is a hydrocarbon product that meets the ordinary specification — EN 590, EN 228, or the kerosene pool's requirements — and carries a biogenic share allocated to it by mass balance.
We supply that product as a separate certified component. You receive it into your own diesel, gasoline or kerosene pool, blend it down to the sustainable share your obligation requires, and take the certified quantity into your compliance return. There is no second tank, no compatibility exercise, and no question about whether the physical fuel is on specification — because it is.
The feedstock is the biogenic fraction of stabilised pyrolysis oil from end-of-life tyres: a waste and residue stream, not a crop. Only that biogenic fraction is counted as sustainable. The fossil fraction is fossil, and is described as such.
The three streams
One for each pool.
Each stream is offered against the target pool's product standard and delivered with the certification set below. Final blend, product name and end-market eligibility remain with the buyer and the applicable rules.

Documentation
Five documents. Every certified cargo.
A certification is only worth what the paperwork proves. All five arrive with the consignment, in the form a compliance auditor expects to see them.
Proof of Sustainability
The PoS / Sustainability Declaration issued under the certifying scheme — scheme, certificate holder and certificate validity, consignment identifiers, mass balance period, dispatch and delivery data, and the declarations required by the Renewable Energy Directive.
Biogenic share (xbio)
The proportion of the consignment's energy attributable to the certified biogenic feedstock, stated numerically and allocated by mass balance. This is the quantity you count; nothing else in the cargo is claimed.
GHG value and saving
The well-to-gate emission value in gCO2e/MJ for the certified share, broken into its scheme components, with the saving against the 94 gCO2e/MJ fossil comparator. Values are batch-specific and declared per consignment — an example declaration on file shows a saving above 90%, and the number on your PoS is the one that counts.
Mass balance allocation
The ledger record linking certified input to certified output within the balance period, evidencing that no more sustainable energy has been allocated to outgoing consignments than entered from certified inputs and opening stock.
Certificate of Quality
The independent CoQ against the conventional product standard or the agreed buyer specification, including any additive treatment. The physical fuel passes on its own terms, certification aside.
Safety Data Sheet
A REACH / CLP-format SDS for each component. The biogenic share is a regulatory attribute allocated by mass balance; it does not change the product's physico-chemical hazards, and the SDS says so.
Certification
Recognised where it is produced. Recognised where it is sold.
Production is certified under KZR INiG, a voluntary scheme recognised by the European Commission for demonstrating compliance with the Renewable Energy Directive. Where a buyer's own system runs on ISCC EU, the lot can be routed through an ISCC EU-certified trading channel and forwarded as EU RED Compliant — because ISCC rules treat deliveries from suppliers certified under another EU-recognised scheme exactly that way.

Straight answer
What it is not.
- Not biodiesel, FAME, HVO or SAF
- These are co-processed hydrocarbon components with a mass-balanced biogenic share. They are a commercial route to a certified sustainable share in your pool; they are not a drop-in replacement for a product sold under one of those names, and we do not describe them as one.
- Not a finished blended fuel
- The component is delivered as a separate stream. The final blend, its product name, its local compliance and its end-market eligibility are the buyer's, under the buyer's rules.
- Not 100% renewable by volume
- The sustainable claim attaches only to the certified biogenic share, on an energy basis, as declared on the PoS. The fossil fraction is not counted and not claimed.
- Not a substitute for your own eligibility check
- Whether a co-processed pathway satisfies a given mandate depends on the jurisdiction and the framework. We will say so plainly at enquiry stage where it does not.
